- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle spoonfuls of the tahini mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the tahini mixture.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the tahini into the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.
