Description
Make these simple, no-bake treats using Lucky Charms cereal coated in melted white chocolate for a colorful, crunchy snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
- 4 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother dipping)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the white chocolate wafers and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until completely smooth. Do not overheat.
- Gently fold the Lucky Charms cereal into the melted white chocolate until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters or small mounds.
- Alternatively, spread the mixture thinly onto the parchment paper to create a bark.
- Allow the treats to set completely at room temperature, or place them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to speed up the process.
- Break the bark into pieces or serve the clusters once the chocolate is firm.
Notes
- For a St. Patrick’s Day theme, you can add green sprinkles over the wet chocolate.
- If you prefer bars, press the mixture firmly into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper before chilling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
