Description
A creamy, sweet martini featuring white chocolate and fresh strawberry flavors, perfect for a dessert drink.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Strawberry Liqueur or Strawberry Syrup
- 0.5 oz Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
- 3 Fresh Strawberries, hulled
- Ice
- White Chocolate Shavings, for garnish
Instructions
- Chill your martini glass thoroughly.
- Place the hulled strawberries into a cocktail shaker. Muddle them gently to release the juice.
- Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, strawberry liqueur, and cream to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker three-quarters full with ice.
- Seal the shaker tightly and shake hard until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 15 to 20 seconds. This helps create a slight froth.
- Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass to remove any strawberry pulp.
- Garnish the rim or surface of the drink with white chocolate shavings.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a high-quality vanilla or premium vodka.
- If you prefer a thinner consistency, substitute the heavy cream with milk, but the texture will be less creamy.
- To make a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka and liqueurs, and use strawberry puree mixed with a splash of vanilla extract and cream.
- Rim the glass with crushed graham crackers mixed with a little sugar for added texture before pouring.
