Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans for coating


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese, 1/4 cup chopped pecans, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the fresh parsley.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
  4. Place the remaining 1/2 cup chopped pecans on a plate. Roll the cheese ball in the pecans until fully coated.
  5. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap.
