A simple and delicious fruit pizza featuring a sugar cookie crust topped with a creamy frosting and fresh fruit.

- 1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and grapes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Press cookie dough onto a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit over the cream cheese mixture.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use any combination of your favorite fruits.
- For a firmer crust, you can pre-bake the cookie dough for a few minutes before pressing it into the pan.
- This dessert is best served chilled.
