Description

A simple and delicious fruit pizza featuring a sugar cookie crust topped with a creamy frosting and fresh fruit.


Ingredients

  • 1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and grapes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Press cookie dough onto a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
