- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl with the garlic butter mixture. Toss gently to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
