Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl with the garlic butter mixture. Toss gently to coat the shrimp evenly.
  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or cherry tomatoes to the skewers.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
