Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of 8 small cups or ramekins.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust in each cup.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Top with additional crushed Oreos or whipped cream before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • For a stronger Oreo flavor, you can reserve some of the crushed Oreos to sprinkle on top before serving.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in your filling.
  • You can use any type of small cups, jars, or ramekins for these individual desserts.
