- 1 pound small potatoes
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooled potatoes and flaked smoked salmon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, chopped chives, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the potato and salmon mixture.
- Gently toss to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
