Description

A sweet and refreshing fruit salsa served with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips. Perfect for a light snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, apple, and mint.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and honey. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  6. Brush both sides of the tortilla wedges with melted butter.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the tortilla wedges.
  9. Arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Let the chips cool slightly before serving with the fresh fruit salsa.
