Description
A sweet and refreshing fruit salsa served with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips. Perfect for a light snack or dessert.

- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped kiwi
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, apple, and mint.
- Drizzle with lime juice and honey. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
- Brush both sides of the tortilla wedges with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the tortilla wedges.
- Arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the chips cool slightly before serving with the fresh fruit salsa.
Notes
- You can use any combination of your favorite fruits in the salsa.
- Adjust the amount of honey and lime juice to your taste.
